We ship using a range of premium couriers and shipping partners. All shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the destination country. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders ship within 5-14 BUSINESS DAYS. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

customs

All orders are shipped from Austria, therefore customers shopping from the UK & outside Europe might receive additional fees upon delivery. We cannot guarantee that customers from these regions will not receive any additional import/customs fees.

Unfortunately, we are unable to mark down the value of any shipments as we have to legally declare all goods as their correct value.

Taxes

Please note that prices listed on our website do not include taxes. Taxes will be calculated at checkout and added to your total purchase price. returns

We hope you love your new purchase! If not and you need to return your order, please do so within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Once we have your return in hand, please allow 3-5 working days for your return to be processed.

If you find any problems with your order on arrival, please email us immediately at contact@artistrybeing.com, so we can assist you in resolving the situation as soon as possible.

Please return all received item(s) and garments in their original, unworn condition, folded carefully and placed inside their artistrybeing® frosted bag as received. All goods must then be suitably packaged, so they are not damaged during shipping.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns must be sent to the address shown on the return slip.
